MDC Publishers Sdn Bhd Acts as an agent for government bodies like the:
- National Printers Malaysia Berhad
- Department of Statistics
- Ministry of Trade and Industry (MITI)
- Royal Custom and Excise Department of Malaysia
- SIRIM
 It
concentrates on publishing books and magazines pertaining to Laws of Malaysia,
Trade Directories, Environmental Issues, Banking and Finance, Islamic, Economics,
Transportation, Employment and Labour, Politics and Governance, Women and Gender,
and as well, Education. It is actively involved in getting rights from international
publisher like United Nations, Commonwealth Secretariat, World Bank, ILO and
UNESCO to publish locally bilingual versions of their printed materials in English
and Bahasa Malaysia. The company retained its own qualified translator to translate
and produce publication of other languages. Is also has under its employment
a qualified proof-reader. Apart from government and regulatory bodies, the company
value adds to its publication by helping to promote and market the books as
well. Driven by its own proven methodologies and marketing strategies, the company
excels in promoting new publications. This activity is run by their highly qualified
and competent marketing team capitalizing on the right marketin mix.
 Its
head office and branch office provides a showroom to display their various publications
to facilitate and service walk in customers. Recognizing the need and importance
to regulate and moderate the printing and publishing industry, the company plays
